Plastering and rendering for Torquay and Torbay
Torquay's homes take a battering from the weather. Salt air and driving rain off the bay are hard on exterior walls, and many of the town's grand Victorian villas and terraces have solid walls that need to breathe. That combination makes the choice of render especially important.
For exposed walls, we often recommend spray cork render: it sheds rain, flexes with the building rather than cracking, and still lets moisture escape. On older properties, lime is usually the right choice inside.

Common questions
Is cork render suitable for houses near the sea?
Yes. It's weather-resistant and breathable, which makes it a good fit for exposed, coastal walls.
Do you cover Paignton and Brixham?
Paignton, yes. For Brixham and further around the bay, just ask: it depends on the size of the job.
